Every hour, accounted for.
Every task, delivered.

HASSAD is workforce management for attendance, tasks, timesheets, HR and payroll — built for service teams in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, with a clear view for employees, line managers, project managers and HR.

One flow. Check-in to payslip.
  1. Check-in
  2. My tasks
  3. Daily log
  4. Line manager
  5. Project manager
  6. HR
  7. Payroll
  8. Payslip

HASSAD records every hour where it happens — then routes it to the right approvers and turns approved time into payroll.

The problem

Work is tracked everywhere. Payroll trusts none of it.

Check-ins sit on a device, tasks in Jira, daily updates in WhatsApp and leave in email. HASSAD turns them into one trusted record per hour.

Why HASSAD

Why HASSAD?

One workforce record. Connected from attendance to payroll.

One source of truth

Attendance, tasks, timesheets and approved hours are connected.

Built around your workflow

Connect the tools your teams already use.

Clear visibility

Flag overdue tasks, missing daily logs and lateness early.

Connected to payroll

Turn approved working time into payroll-ready data.

My tasks

One task list for every employee, wherever the work comes from.

Line managers assign tasks, project managers plan them, and connected tools like Jira, Asana and Trello feed issues straight in. Employees work from one board and log their day against it — typed, or spoken as a voice log.

  • 01

    Assigned or imported

Tasks from managers, PMs and connected tools — each with its ticket key.

  • 02

    Worked on and logged

Move tasks across the board and log hours in the daily log.

  • 03

    Approved and synced back

The line manager, then the project manager, approve; status and worklogs flow back to Jira.

Attendance & shifts

Know who’s in. Without chasing anyone.

Check-in on the web or the mobile app, shifts with grace periods, and Saudi weekends and public holidays built in. Missing punches become a correction request, not a phone call.

  • Check in from anywhere you work

Web or mobile — every punch checked against the shift and its grace period.

  • Shifts set by HR

Standard, flexible or late shifts, each with its own grace period.

  • Corrections, not reminders

Forgotten check-outs become a request the manager approves in one tap.

Payroll

Payroll computed, not typed.

Build each month’s payroll from salaries, allowances, bonuses, loans, overtime and attendance — then approve it and publish payslips.

  • Approved time in, payroll out

Overtime and attendance come from approved records, not spreadsheets.

  • GOSI and deductions applied

GOSI, loan installments and extra deductions calculated per employee.

  • Approve and publish payslips

Approve the run, publish payslips to employees and track payments.

Team insights

Clear rules behind every flag. People stay in charge.

HASSAD reads attendance, tasks and daily logs against clear rules, so line managers see risks early and know what to do next.

  1. 01

    Detect

Spots overdue tasks, missing daily logs and repeated lateness.

    ExampleYousef has 2 overdue tasks.
  2. 02

    Explain

Shows the records behind each flag.

ExampleNo daily logs on 3 of the last 5 days.
  3. 03

    Suggest

Points to a next step the manager can take.

ExampleCheck in with Yousef, or move a task to Omar.
  4. 04

    Act

The responsible person reviews and decides. Nothing changes hours on its own.

    RuleOnly people approve.
Where HASSAD uses AI
  • Voice daily logs: speak your day, and HASSAD drafts the entries for you to check
  • Translation of typed-in text between Arabic and English
  • Insights, approvals and payroll use rules and people — never AI

Voice logs send the transcript to OpenAI; translation sends the text to Groq through the Qiyas AI service. Both process it outside the Kingdom.

Built around roles

Four roles. Each sees exactly what they need.

HR decides what each role can open. Everyone works from the same hours and tasks.

Employee

Check in, work on tasks and log the day.

  • Check-in / out
  • My tasks board
  • Daily log, typed or spoken
  • Leave & other requests
Integrations

Connect each project to the tools your team already uses.

Issues become tasks in My tasks; status and approved time sync back. Employees can be imported from a spreadsheet too.

Security

Built for sensitive workforce data. Secure by default.

Attendance and salary data are among the most sensitive records a company holds. HASSAD keeps each company’s records apart from every other’s, with access controlled per role.

  • Data stored in Saudi Arabia
  • Only people approve

Role-based access

HR decides which screens each role can open.

Encryption

In transit and at rest.

Scoped integrations

Tools connect per project.

Audit trail

Every approval and change is recorded.

Is HASSAD available in Arabic?

Yes. Every screen works in Arabic and English, with a full right-to-left layout. Each person can switch at any time.

Can HASSAD connect with Jira, Asana and Trello?

Yes. A project manager connects the project to the tool. Issues are imported as tasks, matched to members by email, and appear in each employee’s My tasks with the ticket key. Status and approved worklogs sync back.

How does attendance work?

HR sets shifts with grace periods. Employees check in on the web or the mobile app, and lateness is measured against their shift. A missing or forgotten punch becomes a correction request that the manager approves in one tap.

How are daily logs approved?

Employees log hours against their tasks — typed, or spoken as a voice log — and submit the day. The line manager approves it, then the project manager gives the final approval. Approved time flows into payroll and syncs back to connected tools like Jira.

Who approves requests?

HR defines the approval levels for each request type — line manager, HR, or both in order.

Does HASSAD support Saudi payroll?

Yes. Payroll is built from salaries, allowances, bonuses, loans, overtime and attendance, with GOSI and deductions applied. HR approves the run and publishes payslips.

Does HASSAD handle Saudi weekends and holidays?

Yes. Friday–Saturday weekends and public holidays are built in.

Where does HASSAD use AI?

Only for voice daily logs and for translating typed-in text between Arabic and English. Voice logs send the transcript to OpenAI, and translation sends the text to Groq through the Qiyas AI service; both process it outside the Kingdom. AI never changes anyone’s hours or approves anything — only people approve.
